Really good quality underlay

Advised to purchase this by the carpet shop. Better quality and cheaper than the underlay sold by the carpet shop!!

The product was not quite what I was expecting. It had cosmetic differences to what I had ordered previously, and when unwrapped it was thinner than specified. However, when left unwrapped for several days it expanded to the correct thickness, and my concerns were alleviated. It is now down and dusted.

Made so much difference under the carpet so soft definitely recommend

Not great, smelt a bit fishy and there was a lot of sharp hard pieces of recycled rubber amongst the filling. I also found sharp wood pieces which was quite baffling. The hard rubber pieces could be felt through the carpet so the carpet had to be lifted and hard chunks cut out and filled with left over underlay which made the job even longer and became more tedious. Will not recommend and will not buy ever again. I needed underlay quick and cheap for a rental, now I wish I payed slightly more for better quality. Sorry, but for me, the only thing good about this was the fast delivery.

I didn't take me long to fit this underlay all by myself. It is just what I wanted and I am very pleased with it.

I ordered a roll of underlay and it was delivered cut in two parts and both parts were folded i was not informed this is how it would be delivered I refused all this to save on delivery cost 😡
