I just wanted to write a review because I have been taking another collagen, and I really only saw softer skin, also higher in price. I found out you are supposed to take 6 pills a day. I was only taking one until I read some reviews. So then I up my dose to 4 pills a day. I'm in my mid forties. My fine lines and wrinkles are not as noticeable. This stuff has plumped my facial skin that I could notice just from touching my face how it was tighter and plumper than before. My hair no longer falls out at all, and my nails are hard as rocks nearly. I am on my first bottle still. I highly recommend this brand over the two previous ones I have purchased on Amazon. Hope this helps others too.UpdateI also use neem oil for hair and skin health not sure if already having collagen helped me or not. Neem oil is also great for these things just outside of the body ,not inside that I have used it anyway. Using the neem oil alone didn't stop my hair loss. My hair didn't stop falling out until I added this to my daily routine nor were my nails so strong and my facial skin plumped. Look up neem oil benefits too if you worry about skin care. I plan to keep this as my go to collegan. Neem oil has a smell you will need to mix it with other oils to get the best benefits and smell. Hope I've laid it all out for a good review, and I can help others.Update I'm now trying the 123 plus vitamin C and joint support will do and update later.

I've been taking it for about 3 to 4 days now. It's showing results pretty quickly. My face feels softer.The only downside is the taste and the number of pills you need to take a day.

I'm very happy with Youtheory collagen. I started taking it to improve the health of my skin, and over the weeks I've noticed that it looks firmer and brighter. I've also noticed positive changes in my nails, which used to break easily, and in my hair, which now looks stronger and shinier.

These pills are big but I like to split dose, 3 in AM and 3 in the PM, more manageable then 6 in one sitting. I take something else with biotin for nails and I will swear by that product 50 ways till Sunday but I have noticed my hair is so much softer with these and I’ve noticed some baby hairs starting to come in so I’m hopeful. Overall not bad taste, I’ll need to update if these help my hair stop breaking off. I wanted them for my hair mostly.

Just got these today and the size of this pill is huge!!! Then I saw we are supposed to take 6 a day. Yikes! Hoping the results are worth it.

I bought to help my skin, scalp and nails. It says to take 6 per day, and I did. I took all 6 with a 20 oz bottle of water. Never experienced any stomach upset and no after taste. My nails are so strong now To trim them I invested in a good clipper. My facial skin stopped being so dry I don't know if the Collagen helped this but I d have to think yes. I'm 64 yrs old and Collagen at my age is important I just started taking 3 per day vs the 6 cause of just how strong my nails became
