The M'lis vanilla shake is fabulous! I love it for breakfast, and find it to be very versatile, besides being delicious!!! My favorite way to enjoy it is with a spoonful of almond butter, a few dark chocolate chips, a splash of almond extract, ice and water, blended! You can make a strawberry shake, pineapple shake, or any variation you like using the vanilla powder!!! Been enjoying this product for years!!!!

Great meal replacement. Makes you feel full. Plenty of protein and fiber. Delicious taste.

I personally love the strawberry. It's a great breakfast substitute but I wish it wasn't so expensive. $40-50 for 2 weeks is too much.

I have been using this product for several years. I love it above other protein powders I have tried.
