Be wary- not all tarps being sold under this listing are the correct brand
Have ordered several times and have generally been very happy with the quality and thickness of the tarps. We used one to protect roofwork from rain and it is performing so well that my husband told me he'd like a smaller one for camping. This size came from a 3rd party and was thin, unimpressive, and came in the sort of packaging one expects from the ones they give away at a certain freight import chain. If you get the correct brand (It must say "Xpose" on the packaging), I think you'll be pleased.

Holes in tarp
When I unfolded this tarp, some of the fabric stuck together at the fold lines; and when I pulled it apart, that tore holes in it. I can patch them with duct tape, but this tarp is brand new! It shouldn't need to be fixed fresh out of the package!

Thin as paper
Do not waste your money go to your local home depot or Lowes , this product is so paper thin, I believe base on the description this product may be a better quality. Boy was I ripped off!! This product is so paper thin. Save your money and go to your local hardware store. So disappointed.

Bad quality on product
It’s wrong size on the description. It’s not the 12X 20. I realized after installed and poor quality is only 10x20. Very disappointing

Smaller than specified size and NOT HEAVY DUTY. VERY FLIMSY
Just needed it cover swimming pool for 3 days. It is smaller than the dimensions by about a foot and a half and its supposed to be heavy duty, it is not, very cheaply made

not worth it to buy
This tarp is not worth the money spent! The grommets were the first to tear out of the tarp and then the seam went right down the side. Torn out by a mild wind, even though it was tied down securely. Once the seams went the tarp started to tear out a big section of the corner. I have had blue tarps handle weather better. Very disappointed!

Does the job!
It needed to be much heavier. Also after purchasing realized our local Home Depot offered the same tarp for less money.

2 days of dragging leaves and sticks and it's full of holes
I used this for dragging leaves and sticks. After a mere 2 days of work, maybe 10 times or fewer, it's full of holes already, one of them about fist sized, and the rest smaller. I really expected better. I bought a 5mil tarp before and it actually held up better than this. I guess I should've went 15 mil. The only reason this gets 2 stars is that the grommets appear to be decent quality, and pulling with hand grips connected to the grommets with carabiners worked quite well. This thing will soon be covered in duct tape. What a waste of money.

Cheap Material
It’s early to tell how well this tarp will perform. I have a 19ft boat and it does cover the entire boat well. I’ll have to see if areas of the tarp get worn out and if the eyelets begin to tare like most.Update. So I’ve noticed already worn out areas on the tarp. Some holes have started. Cheap material. Lesson learned.

The extra cost is worth it
I have always used the thin blue tarps for everything last year I ordered an extra large tarp to double up covering my trailer in the winter. The tarp was way to big blowing in the wind I had to get extra rope to tie around trailer to hold tarp down I decided to use a thicker tarp this year better fit the grommets are much steadier. And will last many years to come

Poor quality
Not as durable as expected for a Heavy Duty tarp. Tend to rip easily in the cold. I'm using the tarp to protect my boat for winter. After the creation of a bulge of rain water, there has been water penetration. While trying to fix the bulge from inside, I noticed small holes in the tarp. Hard to say if they are manufacturing defects or if the tarp had already been used when shipped.

Not very strong.
Not sting at all. Put over the wood and with very little wind it tore right away. Also the grommets pulled out with very little strain.Would not recommend

It's a good sturdy tarp.
I use this tarp for covering a shed. Holed a fare amount of snow and I get two to three years out of it then add another tarp on top of the other.
