Very nice keyless lock
Having not to deal with a key makes life so much easier. I have mechanical keyless locks that work well, but by far this one is much nicer and easier to use. It has been installed for two months and so far works great. Reasonable priced as well.

Watch the instruction video for easy installation
Instructions are crap. Do not try to follow the printer directions. Save time and watch the video below the item description...much easier.! It is not difficult to install or program. The video will provide all the help.The battery compartment can be accessed after installation by removal of the lower screw and pushing the inside pin with the supplied screw driver

Works Well, Fairly Easy To Install Once You Watch The Instructional Video
Arrived without any instructions but I watched the video tutorial on the product page which made it pretty easy to install and program.This is very solid and it works well.I deducted one star because the batteries are located in the exterior case so it needs to be disassembled to replace them.Also, It seems to have just two screws that hold it together. It could be possible to force this open but they would need to know that in the first place….. and if someone wants tao break in, they will find a way anyways. There is a third hole on the inside part but I have yet to figure out if its for a screw or something else.)All in all, I like this a lot. Its good for the price.

Not durable. Great looking but it's a shame they don't last long.
I installed the door lock on February 2020 and it damaged just 4 months after installed. Not durable at all.

Dissappointed that used one was broken and too late to return.
I ordered one that was "used"..well apparently whoever returned it failed to mention that it was faulty and not usable. I cannot return due to ordered in aug 2021 and just got to changing old lock. Have spent countless hours watching video and attempting to make it work. Very frustrated and disappointed since love how it looks:( would love a replacement!

Poor quality
After 5 months, the mech that allowed the handle to unlock the door started to slip, sometimes 3 & 4 times in a row. Too late to return so I bought a Schlage. Half the cost, heavier duty.

Great handle and features but...
I was very happy with my purchase until the latch got stuck with the strike plate and I had to break it. It was accessed by removing molding on the door, my employees were stuck inside our business and had to jump out through the counters. Apparently, it is comprised of two different components (as shown in images) and one of then came off. Was purchased 6 months ago. Hoping I can get a replacement latch to keep using it.
