Unexpected problem
What I received is exactly how it was pictured, however, I must warn people, if they've got a bird that is manipulative, like my ring neck parakeet, then this millet spray feeder may not be for you. There's no way of stopping the bird from pulling the millet spray out from the top of the feeder. Which, mine did almost immediately. Then, promptly dropped it on the floor of the case and went down there to munch away. I wish there was a way to tie it to the top so my birdy wouldn't pull it out.

Looks great
I like this but I can’t remove the tray. I don’t want to break it.

$ saver!
At first I was hesitant to order this. My bird shies away from anything new in his cage. I’m very glad I went ahead and ordered this. The seed blocks aren’t cheap. When they start crumbling apart so much is lost in the litter tray. This is just perfect for catching the falling seed. My bird loves perching on the edge and eating from the ‘dish’. I wish I found this years ago.

Happy bird
my bird loves the treat sticks. . Unfortunately most of it ends up in the bottom of the cage under the wire grid so most of it was wasted. Now it stays in the bottom tray where he can get it. The treat sticks last longer and saves $.

My budgie’s favorite treat!
My little budgie goes crazy over these treat sticks. She actually asks for them by going to where I hang them in her cage and tapping the area with her beak while looking at me. Lol. If I walk away without putting one in her cage she will scream forever. Lol. Spoiled? Just a little!

Meh
It's sturdy, and my birds are fine with it, but it doesn't really hold millet. It'd be better if it would clamp the millet, so it would actually stay up. Might as well be leaning it up against a wall. At least the tray has a lip, though, so the seeds are mostly collected as they fall.

Didn't come with directions
The media could not be loaded. Didn't come in a package or with directions, so I was a little unclear at first how to use it, but after asking other parakeet owners on my Parakeet Facebook group about it I figured it out. Now my parakeets love it for their lettuce, broccoli, and even their cuttlebone. The dish underneath helps to keep the floor clean however my messy budgies still manage to throw their food out onto the floor! One of my budgies loves to first break up and spit out her food onto the tray and then go back later to eat off of the tray.
