Gillie Chester's Nashville Hot! - Authentic Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning 5.4oz Jar

Great Nashville seasoning for the price. I been looking forNashville seasoning for a while but it never occur to me to check on amazon until now. Regardless, the seasoning it good when you trying to make Nashville chicken.

This has become my go to Hot Chicken sauce. It’s so good I went ahead and got their whole line. Great flavor at a cheap price.

This wasn't as hot as the label suggests. It was cheap enough to try, but ultimately did not satisfy my spicy taste. On to the next one to try!

With a splash of dried/pulverized scorpion, ghost and reaper peppers you can’t go wrong. Excellent in soups and ramen dishes as well.

This doesn’t taste bad, but it’s not what I’d expect a Nashville Hot spice to taste like. There’s WAY too much sugar – in fact, my chicken had a overly sweet, syrupy coating on it. And given the types of peppers used in this spice, it should be blistering, eye-watering hot. But it’s not. It’s barely even spicy. I tried four different Nashville Hot spices and the only one that even comes close to true Nashville Hot in heat is the Olde Thompson Flaming Hot spice. Even tasting that stuff on my fingertip made my tongue numb!

Its ok but not quite as hot as we like.

Plastic top was broken, the seal was broken, the spices were all in the inside of the package
