It is a rubber funnel for filling... very useful.

Q: Are the bumps in the glass on the inside or outside please, need smooth surface for label, thanks

The bumps are inside the bottle but not flat on outside to put label on were each bump is it leaves a dent on the front so not flat.

Q: What;s the height of the glass please?

From the base to the top of the pump is about 17cm. The glass bottle alone is 11cm.
