Came in good condition, contents in the book are very interesting.

My mother got some great laughs from this I bought as a gift for her!

I bought this because falling asleep is sometimes hard for a couple of us in the house! I can swear by the fact- it works! It calms your mind, helps you forget the worries, stress and troubles! My child uses it and is miraculously asleep within a short amount of time!! No more melatonin… we reach for this book instead! BEST PURCHASE!

Very clever and original idea for a book, and once you look at it you can see it's a humor book. But descriptions of it online and in catalogs make it sound as if it's really written by sleep experts and could be a genuinely helpful gift for someone who has trouble falling asleep. (Once you take a look at the authors' credentials, and their lack of first names, you can tell it's a put-on.)Some aspects of it do seem genuinely designed to help you nod off: there are no color illustrations, no side bars, no eye-catching graphics, and pages of text will be absolutely full, there's no white space around the text. The fact that it's padded is probably a great safety precaution, because I have sometimes worried I'd put my eye out with the sharp corner of a book when I fall asleep holding it. This book is not going to hurt if it suddenly drops on your face. But it's probably too funny to really be a sleep aid.

It's funny but not too funny it's definitely boring which was the goal, but you do learn some fascinating mundane things. I love this book and love trying to read it right before bed.

This is the book I read aloud to my kids at bedtime and it puts them sleep in about 5 mins!! I love it and the topics are somewhat interesting

Parts of it are actually interesting, and some even humorous. Unfortunately, I did not find myself nodding off while reading it. Catchy title, though, and not a bad concept.

This book is so clever and fun, I love it. It very much gets me in the mood to sleep.

This book is hilarious, got it for my best friend who always lays in bed ruminating all night lol. He actually appreciated the humour of the book, as we are both sorta nerdy. It is expensive, but it is worth it.
