Does not swivel
The product delivered does not match the product description on Amazon. It is clearly described as a swivel hose reel that can swivel in 8 directions, and can be locked into place for each direction. The delivered product has no ability to swivel or be locked in any direction. This hose reel only has a fixed mounting plate which cannot swivel or be locked in any direction. The seller should correct the description. It could be possible that this could be connected to a separate platform which has the ability to swivel, in which the description should explain that this reel will not swivel, and a swivel platform needs to be purchased separately. The description is not unclear, it is simply misleading.

They were perfect and each one worked great Delivers as promised. I just order a second set 5 minutes after I received them. Five Stars This is a reasonable price products and structure is better than I thought, well enough to be as a gift to give to friends. can't go wrong with that!

Good hose reel.

Better than nothing
Not my first pick but I needed a hose reel and Titans were out of stock. They work to roll up hose, but here’s the thing: The handle is too short and this reduces leverage, each wind caused the reel to shift so bang bang bang as it reels in, lastly, for soft-wash or garden hose, you must unwind the entire (in my case) 200 ft or flow is heavily restricted because the way the hose comes out of the center of the reel.

Gave one star because I cannot give zero. Too small for garden hose. Cox advised I return it and buy alternate. Returned through Kohl's. I have the receipt. No refund. Who do I talk to for refund?

Reel only the swivel mount is sold separately better description needed i would of ordered both parts otherwise ff ff
