Q: Has anyone had issues with this pair/style running long in the leg? Just wondering if they are pretty standard in sizing.

They all tend to run long. If you measure you will find that substantially every pair is longer than the label claims. They make even more ridiculous claims on the label where a 40" waist means you're getting something between 38" and 42" and you're basically playing the lottery, having no idea if it will be too big or too small or just right. With all jeans being made in 3rd world nations, it seems they don't really care about size. The stated size is merely a hint of what you are actually getting.

Q: What is the country of origin?

Not sure but I ordered my normal size for other jeans and these were about 2 sizes too small.

Q: Do these jeans have the leather patch?

Yes they have a little Carhartt logo in leather.

Q: Are these too heavy a fabric for warmer weather?

I live in Pennsylvania and where them 365 days a year to work. Where I’m sure there are thinner jeans none that will withstand heavy work.
