Buyer Beware, not what you pay for...
We purchased this to go over our existing wood slat bed as we just took delivery of a new sleep number that needed a flatter surface and this is NOT at all what they show in the photos. The actual product (pictured) is wood slats to go with your wood slats. We fortunately are able to take delivery of the bed but I had to cut the fabric to make a flatter surface for our sleep number and now likely won't be able to get a refund. Do NOT let the pictures of the product deceive you.

Not "Solid" Wood
The "solid wood" description is misleading. The frames of the Bunkie board sections are wooden, with one or two wooden cross members, the surfaces are composed of just the heavy duty fabric not a wooden platform. This was likely a misinterpretation on my part; however, I'd rather not have someone else make the same assumption. Additionally, the fabric material is not grey. The underside is solid black and the top is an off white.With all this being said, the product seems to be functional and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

What arrived is not what was pictured
Picture shows a solid piece that fold out to a queen size. What arrived was a bunch or boards attached by fabric. Ordered memory foam mattress anticipating a solid piece but it is useless due to the gaps. I will be looking to return it.

NOT AS PICTURED
I waited over a month for this item-- they kept changing the delivery date. To top it off,I did not receive the pictured item. I got a bunch of rough wooden slates bound together by what looks like a cheap version upholstery tape. AND--it was only one piece, not two. It does not fit my queen bed at all and is utterly useless. This is the most deceptively advertised item I have ever bought.I want a full refund, and I think Amazon should stop carrying this product entirely.

The description is deceiving that it’s solid. It’s fabric wrapped over cheap wood slats. Don’t waste your money.

Keeping It, But Its Not What I Was Promised
When I read the specs and Q&A, they mentioned that the item will come in a grey cloth and the wooden boards will be length wise and not width. Both of these things were not what I got. The item came in the white cloth that done reviews mentioned and the "wooden" boards were the size of the width. Though they weren't what I asked for, I desperately needed these and it would be a hassle to return them and wait for a another order that might be the same, so I might as well keep them.

Okay for spring mattresses..
Not what I was expecting considering my bed would be way too heavy to obtain support from this. Returned it but process of returning went smoothly (reason for the 3 stars). I thought it would be 2 solid boards but turns out it's only a few slates in fabric. Good for doing mattresses.. definitely not for memory foams/gel mattresses.
