The 0.3% is water. High grade glycerin is anhydrous (devoid of water). However due to the fact that glycerin is hygroscopic (absorbs water) it is nearly impossible to obtain 100% glycerin. If you leave it out without a cap on it will absorb water so keep it in an airtight container in a cool dry place!

This item states that its derived from vegetable oil, there are three kinds of VG, from plant materials (palms/coconuts etc), from corn based vegetable oil, and synthetic. Personally I wouldn't use the latter two. I've used this brand before and changed brands. I've been mixing vape juice for the better part of ten years and only use top quality. teto
