So I saw on a blog that these can be used for anxiety / sleep. I'm not a fan of the 'coating' but they are yummy dates. And honestly I did an experiment where I took them for 2 nights and slept like a champ (weird dreams though) and then the last 2 I did not eat them and did not sleep as well.

Smaller than normal jujube but delicious.
