50Pcs x 5mm Chrome Metal LED Plated Bezels Holder Case Holder Cup

Only problem is my own fault. The holding cup has two holes for the LED leads, and I want to use them with three-lead bi-color LEDs.

Metal LED holders can get rather expensive per unit so I purchases this bag of 50 because the price was right. When my shipment arrived I noticed a few issues.1. Most LED holders will fit snugly around the LED. These holders leave a rather large space around the LED allowing dirt, just and other debris to enter behind the LED. Not a huge deal for me but I did expect a snug fit when I ordered.2. These holders require you to slip the plastic clips onto the led base and then push the clip up into the metal holder. I found that the holes on several of the holders were not machined large enough to accommodate the plastic clip and/or the 5mm LED.3. The metal holders are also threaded with a nut so it can be secured to a box or case. Several of the holders had threads that were bad and the nut would simply free spin and would not tighten down so they could be mounted.

It was delayed and I could use them . Gave them away.

They look nice and are easy to use.

My brother is pleased with this purchase. Its different then the first purchase without the holder case. So he uses it and it satisfied.

They work well I think they look good (definitely better than the plastic ones in rc kits. The possibilities are endless. if you are doing rc cars or just led project these look good.
