Bueno vi algunos con malas reseñas pero puedo decir que a mi esposo le encanto el producto. Cumple su trabajo que es bajar el área de abdomen. Algunas personas exigen mucho y le deja todo a una faja, esto puede ser una excelente opción para sudar el área mientras haces ejercicios pero para una persona en sobrepeso le recomiendo que la compre en su talla correcta para que no tenga problemas. Es recomendable que aunque tenga este estilo de camisa se sienta cómodo. Para que puedan tener buenas rutinas, sudar el área bajar pulgadas y obtener buenos resultados.. Por mi parte quede complacida. Lo recomiendo.

I wear a size small.It arrived via prime Amazon, It was packaged very nicely.Wearing it around the house my body temperature increased. And at the gym it provided me a good workout. It was flexible enough to work out in and it made me sweat a lot.The fabric is comfortable against my skin. This is my new favorite shirt.

This vest gets hot! I made the mistake of using it as shape wear. Not a good idea! If you're trying to cut weight by losing water, then this is the vest for you! Goes on nice and easy, but when you're wet, it's a bear to take off.

Out of all the ones I bought and tried, this sweet vest is my favorite. The neoprene contour to my upper body and chest area nicely and my Ab and waist area smoothly and tightly, but not restricting where I feel squeezed. I wear it all day at work under my scrub to give me back support while working on my patients and at the end of the day I have a little sweat just from working.With workout I feel more sweet but not soaking wet. It's pretty easy to slip on and off, before and after my workout too.

I am around 5'10'' and I ordered a Large size. And as described on size distribution chart, it fits me exactly. Then the quality of the vest is very good, the material is breathable, elastic so it fits as per the shape of the body. I preferred this one to buy over the full sleeves sweatshirt as it is more convenient to workout with a sleeveless shirt, however that depends upon the person.
