Recipe for bread (500g) or 7-8 rolls: 2x125g breadmix, 400 ml water, 2 tablespoon oil, 36 ml apple cider vinegar Cooking instructions: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the water and cider vinegar together. Mix the flour, oil and the water/cider vinegar together in a bowl. Mix together until a soft dough forms - due to the Gluten Free mix the dough will not be as smooth as other bread mixes. The dough will swell nicely during the baking. Form a small ball of the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it can be shaped into the bread shape you desire or divided into more balls of dough to make rolls. Place a baking sheet on a baking tray and place the shaped dough on it. Spray some water on the dough before putting it in the oven. With your oven now at the correct temperature, place your baking tray in the oven. For Bread bake for 60-75 minutes. For bread rolls bake for 45 minutes. Let it cool before slice it. Enjoy it!
