backing europe 2022
I used this to backpack through europe for 2 months this past summer and it was amazing for me. especially for the price. it has a lot if compartments for whatever you plan on bringing. space for computer and the outlining of the bag covers the zipper so less chance for theft. I packed the bag to the brim and it never tore on me or made me feel like it was on the verge of falling apart. I definitely recommend packing cubes just so you can pull everything out easier, but that’s with any backpack really. also big plus, had no problem with ryanair or any of the cheaper airlines that try and get you for carryon.Only down side was bottom front straps are a little low so it didn’t take much weight off my shoulders unless I sort of held the strap in place on my waist, but honestly didn’t bother me much and could’ve just fallen that way because i’m shorter.Overall I highly recommend!

Fantastic Lightweight Backpack/Value for Money
I am so happy with this backpack! It's been a great road trip & hiking option as I have back problems and prefer ~45L. There are plenty of compartments for electronics, pens, 2 water bottles, your laptop, wallet, food, etc. I fit my DSL gear (including a tall tripod strapped to the front) 3 weeks worth of clothing (minimalist style), laptop, and other work/personal necessities. Normally I buy my backpacks from REI to ensure quality, but I also prefer to avoid resembling a neon power ranger while sauntering through the woods. If you want a lightweight hiking backpack w/out bizarre colors & details like most other backpacks have, then try this one out. Great value for money and it gets the job done.

Great for what you are paying!
I use this as a commute backpack on my motorcycle daily in assorted weather conditionsPositives:Plenty of space, and plenty of options to seperate items into pockets.Very comfortable, great lower back support on heavy loads.Great for hiking, camping, stomach buckles make running from a bear quite comfortable and less bumpy.Cargo net allows for add-ons, clip on bags and accessories.Quite durable - I have had no issues over the past month with heavy (and not gentle) use. Seems sturdy for the weight.Negatives:Water RESISTANT - In light rain, most contents stay dry. In prolonged moderate to severe rain, contents may get damp , stays mostly dry near the bottom of the pack.Expansion - Could use the ability to expand depth a little more. Still great for the buck.

Good buy
Very light and size is what I was looking for. I camp off a dual sport bike. I Cary some gear on bike and some in back. I did not need a extra large one. Seems a good quality.

Meh its cheap but ok.
I can't speak to the long term endurance of the bag. The snaps and zippers seem cheap. Main pouch is nice and big with place for laptop. Bottleholder on side is fine. Straps are fairly comfortable. Disappointed with the smaller pocket. Has several little pouches within I was hoping to store small thins long items like chem lights or some small tools. Pouches way to small to hold much more than a pen or maybe a permanent marker. Not very useful.

You're getting exactly what you pay for
For the price, you're getting what you pay for! It is great for work and other light stuff but the material is thin. I wouldn't dream of taking it out camping because if you carry anything heavy in it for a good amount of time, it's gonna rip. It's a great backpack for everyday life. I keep some extra clothes and snacks in it for work. Great stuff!

Good Backpack! Maybe get something bigger if your camping
Took this on a camping trip up in the mountains. It worked well and has quite a few compartments; however if you are a single hiker I recommend something a little bigger. Its hard to tie on a sleeping bad without it flopping all around. Other than that its a good backpack!! Only have gotten to use it a few times and it works for me. My boyfriend packs the tent and stuff with his big backpack so I only carried food and smaller items.

Great backpack for hiking
We needed a backpack that was more lightweight that could still carry whatever we needed for hiking. We're a family of 6, so that means we need to carry multiple water bottles, snacks, and eventually carry anything else the kids insist on taking but end up not using after the first 5 minutes. This did just that! We've used it on 4 hikes now and no issues so far.

Does the job but...
I was very impressed taking this backpack out of the packaging. I was skeptical when buying thinking it was too good to be true. While this pack is very lightweight, making it perfect for travelling on an airplane, the padding on the straps are thinner than what you would expect. While I only had my pack loaded with about 10 lbs of stuff, I could feel the straps digging into my shoulders. I found that I often had to slide them off to the side.If you wear this pack over a seater however you should be fine. The material otherwise seems to be great. I did splash some water and it didn't seem to absorb. The many pockets help out as well allowing you to organize with ease.If it weren't for the straps this would have been a 5 star review, lost 1 star for the lack of padding on the straps.

Good inside space for your stuff. Breast and waist belts with clips, plus a whistle
Overall it has a good price quality balance. Stitches and material do not promise a long service for a heavy use though.

Performance
