Definitely not mid-waist. More like high waisted so it wasn't what I was exactly looking for but they're still comfortable and fit well. Material is soft and they're a little stretchy which I like. Still keeping them even if they're not as mid-waist as I wanted. If you don't care about that, I do recommend them. I usually fit in medium shorts and they fit exactly as expected. So I think they're true to size

It’s so hard for me to find shorts that I like especially buying online. However I love these and will purchasing more in a variety of colors. They fit well with some stretch, not too short with my booty sticking out, however still fit making my 🍑 look very good! Lol

These are very comfortable and stretchy but also super flattering!

I gave these a 4 because they are not mid waist as described. I can pull them down to mid waist but they are baggy. They are stetchy and comfortable and otherwise a great fit!

They make my ass look cute, and fit well. A good buy, imo.

I am 5' 4," 121 pounds, and 29 years old, and by all appearances, in good shape. I have had one child, but don't have much weird-mom-stomach. I measured myself (waist: 27, hips: 36), and ordered the small, based upon the size chart. The shorts were a bit too small. I could wedge myself in, because they have great stretch, but getting away with wearing them was just not feasible. Because these are certainly overpriced, I had to return them. Had I ordered a size that fit, I might have kept them.These shorts were too tight at the waist, creating a muffin top at the height of my belly button, and the leg holes were too high and tight. They ended closer to the top of the thigh, where there is a natural widening, causing my thighs to bulge out the bottom of the cuffs a bit.The construction of the shorts appeared sturdy enough (I gave the seams a good test when I stuffed myself into them). The material, however, seemed a bit cheap. It's quite a bit like that ultra-stretchy, thin material you may have gotten if you've ever purchased jeggings from Walmart. The material did not breathe at all, so these would not be ideal for any outside activity or any non-air-conditioned environments (picture: swampy sweat). It was very stretchy, but I would guess it would not stand the test of time. Based upon the material alone, I would say these are overpriced by about $10.00.If you are still a teenager and have washboard abs and straight, skinny thighs, use the size chart. Otherwise, order a size up.

Unfortunately, I returned for a bigger size, I am in the process of finding my new size (lost 70lbs). These were beautiful, and have a lot of stretch. I ordered a large, and currently wear a size 12 (AE sizing) and return it because I did not like my gut popping out on the top especially since I plan on wearing it with crop tops. Ordered a bigger size, hopefully, it fits better.

These are perfect! I usually wear a 10/12 so I ordered a large. They are a bit big but very comfortable. The material is very forgiving and stretchy. I was hoping the color would be a bit dark jean but it’s fine.

These shorts look absolutely nothing like the picture shown . I ordered the smallest size which I assumed would fit like the ones seen going by the size chart . I actually thought I’d received the wrong item . They were really big and had no shape , high wasted and longer.I weigh around 115 pounds and they fit line a size large or bigger .Otherwise , nice material .

I bought a 2XL cause thats what i typically wear but they are wayyyy smaller. They look super cute on my legs but no hope for the button or zipper. At least 5 inches needed yo get close to buttoning up nevermind zipping

These shorts are better than I anticipated. I am usually a medium and ordered a medium. They fit perfectly and are so comfy and stretchy. I love them and would buy them again. Whoever said order a size up from your normal size, must not know their normal size. They’re absolutely true to size. I am 5’5, 140lbs

Did not enjoy these, size is right cause I fit in other shorts that size. Feels like my kitty is being grabbed and not in a good way if you know what I mean.
