Great looking, robust, antique looking latch
After seeing the awful latch which came with the potting bench which had been bought, I decided to hunt down a nicer looking alternative which looked less "industrial". This latch fit the bill perfectly - nicely made with a great antique finish look about it. Easy to install with the supplied screws and works perfectly. Very happy :)

Just screwed it to my stable door,it currently works fine but not sure on its longevity,the screws are a bit soft so make sure your drill a pilot hole first ,I used used a 2.5mm drill bit for the pilot.

Decorative only
The latch is really decorative only, very thin cast metal will not stand up to much use, purchased as a bathroom door latch, easy to install but the performance, fit and value for money not good, had to return.

Poor quality
Bought these for an oak fish tank and even though I drilled a pilot hole, the screws that came with these broke. Poor quality.
