How to use it more efficiently

It's a question which demands a long answer.Using The RoboArm effectively: While using it for the first time, try and throw the ball using the natural throw number 5. If the ball falls short increase the number and goes fuller, decrease the number. Once you start pitching the ball at a desired spot, reduce one number and practice throwing the ball. With in few times you will get used to that number. There will be considerable increase in the speed of the deliveries.Use The RoboArm with round arm bowling action. With less effort it fetches more speed.Try to swing the ball by holding The RoboArm slightly sideways. With a bit of practice you should be able to swing the ball both ways.Use red balls initially in the black RoboArm (or white ball in the white RoboArm) and practice for a while. It would be tough to sight red ball releasing from black cup. But it will increase the concentration. Then use white balls for better sighting of the deliveries. You can buy extra cup opposite to the color of The RoboArm at an extra cost for these drills.This product can be used in short pitch or full pitch.You can use leather ball, tennis ball or plastic ball. Use lighter balls for high speed deliveries to eliminate the injury threat, at the same time to get the best batting practice. Excellent tool for batting practice

You don't need to be a bowler to use this. Takes some getting used to. Took me couple of hours to get some degree of consistency and control. However given the high release and additional speed you can generate effortlessly it is excellent for batting practice against fast bowling. Unlike bowling which will tire you out in no time, you can keep going for a long time before your arm get fatigued. It is possible even to swing the ball! All in all, a steal for the price at which it is being offered.
