best mixer for domestic use !!

So earlier I had Bajaj food processor machine, it was good worked for 11 years but then I felt the plastic was old and machine was small so felt.i need to upgrade, this i bought it in 2020 just after lockdown, initially machine was working good, now here are the problems Machine is strong and powerful but same can't be told about the accessories, they are cheap, they look premium but when used regularly screw and rubber seal get spoilt easily We had issue with middle jar and small jar, they replaced the small jar but middle jar was out of stock , so we contacted them more then 5 times every month till our warranty ran out, then they said they have the middle jar in stock but we need to buy it since we are out of warranty Then our food processor jar broke down although it says unbreakable, it easily breakable and first u see small chirps in the handle then after few accidents entire lid got broken, Now I accept that it is a physical damage but that's the reason we go for unbreakable jar so we can b at ease however I was willing to buy a new one so I said I would like the food processor jar which they said would cost me 1900 only for the lid , can you imagine the entire set cost 3500+ how does it even make sense Also the service we found was not on time, so since 2 yrs now we were using only small jar for all work Now juice jar had a leak from bottom which we asked to replace it wasn't available at first then they changed it and now it again leaking so we don't have juice with us We were living with this because once you spend more then 10 k for a mixer you can't go out and buy again specially when our last mixer worked for 10+ years. Today being fed up my mom asked to buy a new one hence I came in and I saw this machine still selling same faulty product, hence felt to take time and save someone's time and money.

Food processor is not starting. Not working

Been using it for >1 year now. Pros: The Motor is a G.O.A.T. The 1000 Watts can take on almost anything (except rocks ofc.). The Jars are practical (except the separate Juicer setup). Not too noisy. The big main jar is super handy. Very reliable and safe cutoff feature. Sturdy blades and jar material. Cons: The separate Juicer setup is basically useless, and it'd be great if we could optionally avoid it. (P.S.: Do not use any aftermarket bottom motor-attachment, it'll ruin your Jar-bottom)

It is really a good product..... perfect for chef as well as a novice....and make ur kitchen life smoother......

I bought this equipment Usha food processor FP3811 in 2021 after using 2 year I am putting this review I find this product to be really waste of money I would strongly recommend not to buy this product as the service of this specific brand is not available. Biggest demrit in this product is that there jar spare parts are not available with the company. If the bush of the jar gets damaged it cannot be replaced . One has to change the jar only and cost of each jar is no less to than Rs 1600 to Rs.2000 or may be more.Usually in other brands the bushes are easily available in the market one can get the bush change in the local I called up the service centre and raised complaint technician came inspected the machine and said that the jar has to be changed bush cannot be changed. In other brand just in Rs100 or Rs.200 one can get the jar bush changed where in Usha FP 3811 product the complete jar has to be changed that to you do not know how long it's going to last. company gives 5 year warranty on the motor of the food processor but after 2 year only the motor got damaged. I raised the complaint and the fir the same, technician told me that they will change the motor that's going to cost Rs.3500. I have manage to get the number of Area manager of Usha the gentleman has assured me that he will look into the matter and try to resolve the problem. Now the main question arises after spending a huge amount on this product you do not get proper service .Finally my big no to this product please do not buy it I am facing problem you guys look for some better alternative I strongly recommend Sujata to be one of the best product.

I purchased this food processor in July 2023 and have been continuously using it for 1 and half years for atta kneading. The food processor is good, works well accesories are also good but the quality of plastic is extremely poor. The main jar had some small pieces broken here there but didn't hinder function. After 1 and half year the locking mechanism on the jar broke. All this inspite of careful usage, no falling etc only continuous use. On contacting the company a replacement was arranged immediately, but the warranty had no meaning here and I was charged an exorbitant Rs1960 for just the jar (lid, centre bracket etc not included.) Extreme over pricing. When I'm paying almost 12000 for the main processor and if once in 2 yrs I have to shell out almost 2000 for the jar I would not recommend this machine to anyone. There are cheaper ones available. I made a mistake.

I bought this product in 2021 and was in the market as I needed one more elsewhere. I see there are a lot of negative reviews on this product, but my experience so far has been different. It has a great motor, faced no issues thus far. Also the locking mechanism and the housing build quality is pretty great. We have used it extensively, mostly using it as a mixer and grinder. But occasionally, the vegetable slicing functionality has also been put to use. Especially when there are a lot of items to prepare. The only complaint I ever had with this was with the vegetable slicing functionality. The reason being it's plastic element at the top can grind against the rotating blade's outer edge if care is not taken to ensure that the blade doesn't deviate too much from it's normal rotational motion. So if one puts too much pressure on the vegetable while slicing, the blade will deviate from its normal rotation, the trick is to gently push down the vegetables. But I believe that better design elements can be used to ensure that this does not occur. But apart from all that, this has been a comprehensive piece of equipment so far. Definitely above an 8.5/10.
