I can’t lie this tea gets the job done. If you bloated constipated or just haven’t gone in a while then this is what you need. My stomach cramps really bad but is worth it in the end. I have used it a few ways; as a detox, for weightloss ( with intermediate fasting), and to regulate my bowel if irregular. I actually love the taste as it. I think I’m used to it now. Every now and then I will add a little sugar or lemon to it. But it’s strong and effective as is.

OH. MY. GOD. I never leave reviews but THIS TEA RIGHT HERE?!?!? I brewed some last night for the first time, drank it at around 11pm, woke up at 6 am and BABY WHEN I TELL YOU!!!!! I haven’t pooped like that in YEARS. TMI but I usually poop once a day and when I do it’s like small little ones but this morning was the first time I actually had a normal, big, poop in I can’t even tell you how long. I feel lighter. I feel emptied out??? This tea is amazing. I will be smaller than a particle this summer watch out.

I use this often. It does help you lose weight and/or if you can’t gi to the bathroom it’ll get you running, so be careful. Not my favorite taste but it’s just one of those things, it’s more natural than many laxatives, and I think better. Don’t use everyday for too long as you can become dependent on them. This is any laxitive. Start w/ 1-2 bags. Trust me this atuff really works. Good luck

Suck it up and poop it out. If it hurts you drank too much. Reduce amount that simple. Very effective

I’ve opened and used the first box so far, and the quality is very good. The tea bags are well made, and everything looks fresh. I haven’t opened the other two boxes yet, so I can’t comment on those at this time. I’ve already tried the tea, and it works quickly for me. The taste is not bad at all, and I haven’t experienced any problems so far. Getting three boxes for $14 seems like a great deal, and based on my experience so far, I’m happy with this purchase. I can’t speak to weight loss yet since I’ve only been using it for three days. However, I will say that it has helped reduce bloating, which has been very beneficial for me. Great tea, let it steep for good effects. I wouldn't do it all the time as it gives you cramps and really cleans you out.

المنتج جيد بالنسبة لمن عندهم كثرة غازات بالبطن وكذلك ينظف البطن جيداً، لكن المشكلة أن يدخل المرحاض كثيراً وهذا يسبب ضغط على البواسير.
