Good coffee. Nice change from the usual. Nice smooth coffee. Good on its own too. It was fresh with a nice medium texture, whitch makes for better taste. Well worth a try.

This coffee is absolutely delightful! The Breakfast Blend has a smooth, well-balanced flavor that's neither too strong nor too weak — just perfect for starting the day. The aroma is rich and inviting, filling my kitchen with that classic fresh coffee scent that makes mornings feel a little more special. I made the switch to this brand a few months ago, and I haven’t looked back. Yes, it’s a bit pricier than Folgers, but the quality more than makes up for it. With cheaper brands, I often found myself dumping half a pot because the flavor just didn’t hold up after the first cup or two. Not the case here — every cup is consistently delicious. It brews easily, works great in my coffee maker, and offers excellent value for the price. If I have leftovers, I pop it in the fridge and enjoy it as iced coffee later in the day. No waste, just great taste. I’ve tried many brands over the years, but this one has truly become my everyday favorite. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a smooth, flavorful cup of coffee every morning. Five stars all the way!

I use this coffee every morning I have this on automatic every month it comes. I don’t want to run out it’s not bitter not to strong just right. I don’t use sugar just sugar free creamer it’s perfect.

BREAKFAST BLEND is a good flavorful coffee at a very good price -- clear, slightly nutty, a little astringent, and with enough caffeine. Brews up strong. In a crowded field, I would only have given this entrant four stars except for the fact it got to us very fresh. The buyer should be aware that there are many different sizes and varieties of New England Coffee to sort through; this is the Breakfast Blend, 12 ounces, ground. ********************************************************************* DONUT SHOP BLEND is, just as claimed, a lighter roast version of New England Breakfast Blend. American-style coffee blends of this kind used to be called "blond," but they were not meant to be sand-colored, just less roasted. In fact, for many years this degree of roast was the North American norm before varietals got us a bit more “Europeanized” in the 1980’s and 1990’s. I like this NEW ENGLAND DONUT SHOP BLEND, just the way I like Tim Horton's (US), and put it on a par with Tim's. All snarky class connotations aside, this is indeed a classic cuppa Joe and brewed up well without oil, mustiness, or off-flavors. I liked it hell of a lot more than Folger's highly touted "1850" morning style, which costs considerably more. This household is going to order more of this surprisingly inexpensive coffee while it's still below six dollars for an eleven-ounce package -- despite the fact that it's currently an "Add-On" requiring at least $25 of non-subsidized, Amazon-serviced merchandise to fill the order. This is one of my favorite coffees on Amazon. It has a really nice smell while it’s brewing. It is so smooth and delicious 😋 .

This New England Coffee Breakfast Blend is one of the more accurate medium roast options I’ve tried. The blend tastes balanced and straightforward, without drifting too light or unexpectedly dark. Compared to other medium blends, the acidity is noticeably lower, which makes it easier to drink first thing in the morning and better for overall enjoyment. Brewing performance is consistent, and it seems forgiving with water content. Whether I measure precisely or add a little extra water, the flavor still comes through clean without tasting thin or overly bitter. The roast level feels intentional and even, not flat or burnt, which helps keep the cup smooth rather than sharp. The appearance of the grounds is uniform and fresh looking, and the brewed coffee has a nice rich color that matches the flavor profile. Caffein content feels moderate and appropriate for a breakfast coffee, enough to wake you up without feeling jittery. Overall, this is a solid, reliable blend that delivers easy enjoyment if you want a true medium roast that stays smooth and low on acidity.

Typically, I expect a breakfast blend to be smooth, and a medium roast to have hints of nuts and chocolate. It's difficult to write a review saying "I didn't like the flavor" because flavor is subjective, but I will do my best to describe the flavor so others know what to expect. New England Breakfast Blend Medium Roast is very citrusy. The initial impression is acidic and, in my opinion, too sharp. I tried brewing a few pots and used varying methods to see if I had made an error, but they turned out the same each time. Finally, I started adding cinnamon to the grounds: that's when I felt the coffee was "right" and enjoyable for a breakfast cup. The cinnamon added depth and richness, which is what I feel this blend is really missing. Here are some positives I did find about this product: the value. This is a great value per ounce, especially with the price of coffee rising. The color. My expectation for medium roast is a caramel color which this coffee matches. If you prefer coffee that is nearly tangy in its citrus notes, this would be perfect for you.

I switched coffees when the price of this one went up in price. But, I just couldn’t find one that satisfied me anymore. I ended up going back to this New England coffee breakfast blend. I quickly realized I was having to use more of the other coffees to get the flavor, right. With that savings, it’s a wash. I’m so glad to be back with my coffee and back to looking forward to a cup of coffee in the morning. (sorry Community Coffee, my hometown brew).

Balanced and rich without bitterness or a burnt taste. Excellent and full bodied coffee

Bought this in America in May and now need to get it over here as it’s superb coffee.
