Rancho RS9000XL RS999043 Suspension Shock Absorber

Great shock! Delivered in perfect condition in factory box! Easy to install. Used on 2019 super duty with 1 1/2" level kit. Set on 6. Little firm but that is what I like. Highly recommend.

They worked great when I installed them 6 months ago before hauling my camper to the beach. I tightened them to the stiffest setting and it took away the sway I usually experienced when hauling my 35 foot camper at high speeds. Then I turned them down before driving out on the beach and my F350 diesel road like a Cadillac. But now my truck bounces all over the road even though I have progressively tightened them down all the way to the stiffest setting. It is dangerous for me to tow my bobcat in snow because the front of my truck bounces up and down on slick roads making it want to slide off the road. I have been trying to get a hold of Rancho to see if they will exchange them for the non-adjustable equivalent but so far I have not been successful. These are very dangerous, I would not recommend these to anyone!

Great ride control on Ford F250 SuperDuty

Easy to install. Really made the ride smoother.

Bought two of these shocks for the front of my 2011 F250. One of them arrived defective. It did not extend when the gas shock rod was released. The other one did so perfectly. It did not look damaged. No instructions with either shock. I was replacing my OEM shocks since I think they don't control the bouncing very well on my front end heavy Diesel truck.

my 2011 F250 rides much better now with these shocks. nice being adjustable too, so I can stiffen up the shocks when pulling. other reviewed complained there were no instructions. if you need instructions on installing the shocks...you have no business working on your truck.
