PILOT G2 Premium Gel Roller Pens, Blue Ink Pens Fine Point, Pack of 12

I bought these because the price seem great, but the quality is bad. I know these pens are directly from Pilot, but the poor quality ink made it feel like these are inauthentic. Comparing to the G2 07 I bought from Jewel Osco 1. The ink is not as dark. Even though it's full, the ink that come out looks like it's running low 2. It's not smooth when writing 3. Due to poor ink quality, the size seem to be smaller than 0.7.

terrible quality of pens - i had a pack of 12 of these and straight out the box every pen would come out dry! I would not recommend anyone these pens anymore. G2 pilot pens are not made the same they used to be.

I really wanted to love these, but the performance is incredibly inconsistent. The pen skips constantly and suffers from frequent hard starts, meaning I have to retrace my letters multiple times just to make a single word legible. ​Because the ink cuts out, I’m forced to apply heavy pressure to get it flowing again. This lacks the smooth glide you’d expect and leaves my writing looking messy and sloppy. It makes the whole experience feel laborious rather than fluid—I wouldn't recommend these for long writing sessions.

these pens are crap. they are scrappy. they scratch the paper. they do NOT run through. the ink is VERY blotchy. i hate them. do not waste your money.

I’ve been using these pens for many years with few problems. However, from the box I bought here, 3 of the first 6 pens I’ve used have failed long before the ink was used up. I don’t know if this is a random glitch or an inferior batch; but I will buy the next box elsewhere.

For years I used to get these Pilot G-2 pens and loved them. A couple years ago I was having issues with only about half of them printing nice. It seemed they were dried out when I got them. I switched to another brand and had way better results but the price of those kept going up. I thought I would order the Pilot pens again because the price was right and I figured they had to be better by now. I was wrong. I've tried five of the 12 pens and they're junk. The writing is faded, weak and inconsistent like when you start to run out of ink. Guess I'll be looking for something new. Update: I've now tried all 12 and they're all dried up.

These pens are not worth the purchase. Every single one writes poorly, ink stops or "runs out" despite seeing that it is still full. Not sure what the issue is but it is happening with every single pen in the box. They do not write smoothly, very sketchy and inconsistent writing. It is very frustrating as I needed them for school work and they slow me down because I have to constantly scribble on the side of my paper to get the ink to come out.

I had high hopes for these pens. I received them today and took them out of the box to try. When signing my name, a tiny blob of ink was present at the beginning and end of the stroke. I waited about 5 seconds and touched my signature. It appeared on my finger. I wrote some more, walked away and came back a minute or so later. I ran my finger across my signature and it smudged from the excess ink that had been deposited. I tried several pens and they all behaved the same way.

I like how dark the purple colour is and it’s consistent.

Used one and works well. Quite smooth and beautiful colour. The box was open when delivered but otherwise pens look ok

Amazing product, the only downside is that you have write a few pages to get that smooth writing. All in all it is a great product.

Use these heavily for study and exams. I used to bring 3 pens in as they would always get stuck and stop writing, hasn't happened at all with these and they still write more smoothly and smudge less.
