Really pleased with these. And for the price even better. They wash really well and they are very comfortable. Think I will be buying more. One happy husband.

Good Quality; Decent Thickness; Short Pockets
Very happy with these shorts. Fit is very good, as is the quality and the thickness. Worn and washed quite a few tim s now and they hold up fine. My only negative would be the pockets aren't the deepest, so my phone pokes out more than I'd like, but other than that I'm very happy with them and will probably buy them again in another colour.

Very pleased, comfy and lightweight
Pleasantly surprised by these. Good balance of lightweight but thick enough.String ties on the inside which I like. String does feel a bit cheap, but honestly they fit well enough that I find I don’t tie them up.Good fit on the thighs. I think I have quite large thighs for a medium build bloke, and these give the right balance of a bit of room around the legs and gentleman region without being overly flappy.Mild warning, they are just about tight enough to see a gentleman’s ‘outline’ if that’s something that worries you.They’ve done a first and second wash nicely, but can’t comment on longevity yet.Overall very satisfied, probably going to get a few more pairs of these continue to wash well.

Budget shorts.
Fairly thin fabric and not the best sewing but my husband was happy enough with them as the weather in Scotland only calls for shorts for a few weeks a year. If you are looking for something to wear for more than that I would look at something different.They washed & dried without losing colour or shrinking but a few pills started to appear on the fabric after just a couple of wears.I havent bought the brand for many years but had always considered fruit of the loom to have items of reasonably good quality. I was therefore surprised at the standard of these. I don't know if this reflects the quality of all their different items or if it is just these shorts
