I have been using Cal-Max Calcium with D3 and Magnesium for many years and find it to be a quality product which provides me the daily Calcium I need and includes D3 and Magnesium as well. Although the tablets are large, I have never had a problem swallowing them. I take 2 tablets each morning and evening to get the full dosage.In addition to the Calcium tablet, it was recommended that I take Vitamin C which this company also makes. Again, it is a large tablet but I have never found a problem with taking it and it has kept my Vitamin C levels as they should be.For a number of years I purchased on a kosher vitamin website, but now Cal-Max is on Amazon which is easier and as a Prime member I avoid shipping costs.In addition to a great product, it is a pleasure to deal with this seller who always delivers the product in a timely manner, well packaged and easy to use.

Very happy with this supplement! While they are large, they are easy enough to swallow. It is easy to adjust how much to take based on how much calcium-rich foods we eat that day since 4 tablets make a full serving. I have been seeing a difference in my nails since taking this. I had bariatric surgery and can't seem to hold on to my calcium even though taking what doc recomended. Added this to my bedtime regime thinking it would stay in my digestive track longer and it is working!

I was considered pre osteoporosis after having a bone scan. I began taking Cal-Max Citrate with Vit. D3 immediately. It was easy to swallow with no side effects as I had with other calcium drugs. After a year I had a new bone scan and I was in the normal range. It is amazing how it helped me and I don't have to take any medication since I no longer suffer from this condition. I still take the normal daily dosage of Cal-Max every day.
