Problem solved.
I installed these and my alignment issues and steering wheel shake went away. The fact that they have additional alignment adjustment built in to the UCA makes these perfect for my apparently hard to align truck. I installed these along with a pair Skyjacker 3 inch lift struts and am very happy with the results. The price is right for what I wanted. These are very sturdy. They aren't kidding when they say they are suitable for racing. When comparing these to the stock set, you will see just how strong they are. They do have an install video on YouTube, but they come with decent instructions and all the hardware, including the grease, that you need. The hardest part of the install is bending the inner fender out of the way to remove and install the UCA bolt. I have yet to see any slip with the ball joint nut that another reviewer mentioned. However, I tightened that nut to German specs, " Goodantight". Haha. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Amazing and adjustable
These are amazing upper control arms. Very well designed and unique in the fact you can adjust them for just about any application. Wouldnt go with any othe upper control arm after seeing these. I will be running these on all my future builds.

Exactly what I needed.
After lifting my truck 3 inches I purchased the UCAs based off many positive reviews I saw. Install went smoothly with the exception of removing the frame side bolt. The easiest way to do this is to bend the inner fender back with a large pair of channel locks and wiggle the bolt out through the engine bay. Once these were installed a quick trip to the alignment shop revealed amazing results. I have optimal alignment specs with the added bonus of being able to center the front wheels which greatly reduces rubbing with 33s. I know it's hard to justify spending as much on control arms as coils and shocks but the adjustment provided by these is well worth the cost.

**POOR QUALITY BOOTS/BALL JOINTS, COMPANY DOESN'T HONOR WARRANTY**
So I heard about issues with SPC boots tearing leading to premature failure of the ball joint.Mine tore after 6 months, I don't off-road, mostly overlanding on gravel roads.I called SPC to ask about the warranty and immediately got the run around. They said the following:1. Warranties are handled through Amazon (they are not)2. I can help you out but you have to provide a paper trail of where Amazon wholesale purchased them from.My receipt didn't suffice, he wanted Amazon to provide proof of purchase from their wholesaler, which is most likely SPC themselves. Amazon contacted them directly and called me back saying they were not going to honor the warranty and that they were so sorry.Terrible company that doesn't stand behind their products.

This is very excellent products compare to what you pay for it
This is very excellent products compare to what you pay for it. I have FJ Cruiser 2008 model with OLD Man EMU suspention kit, after replacing fectory upper arms with SPC my FJ running in Sand dunes and off raod very smoth, improve articulation and ride, I was very amazed by improvements (Which I could't belive when friend of mine told me). I would certainly recomand anyone who do not want to put holes in wallet by expending so much and going for other expensive brand rather go with SPC which does the same job.Currently few months using SPC, I am very happy some of my friends already ordered them.

Gets the job done, but some alignment issues
Overall these are sturdy and I don't foresee them ever breaking. Naturally the ball joints will require replacement at some point in time, but after 5k miles they are going strong. Installation is a bit tricky due to the bolt that holds the arm to the frame being so long (you need to bend part of the inner fender well with channel lock pliers), but this is Toyota's fault for not designing the stock control arms to be easily replaceable. My only real complaint is how the ball joint is held in place once adjustments are made: It slides around freely, giving you an enormous amount of adjustment, and is held in place simply by the clamping force of the nut. SPC could at least put grooves on the control arm here so the ball joint is held into different settings while you tighten the nut. The reason for this: if you do not torque the ball joint nut down to spec, it will slide around during normal driving and fall horribly out of alignment. If you do tighten it to spec: the ball joint nut will 'walk' during the last 1/8-1/4 turn, making it nearly impossible to achieve the desired alignment specs in the first place. The shop I went to wouldn't torque the ball joint nuts down all the way because of this. I marked the correct position of the nuts with white-out, and when I noticed that they had moved (two days later to my surprise), tried to fix it myself knowing that no shops in the San Francisco Bay Area were competent enough to do the job right. It took me about an hour per side of loosening, moving, and tightening the nut until I realized how impossible my task was and just settled with having it 'close enough.' My tires are wearing slightly unevenly, but frequent rotations should take care of this. SPC: correct this issue by notching or grooving the control arms, or doing SOMETHING so the ball joint nuts don't walk/wonder when they are torqued to spec.

Cheaper option than uniballs
Purchased these to make help alignment after installing Old Man Emu 885X springs and Bilstein 5100 shocks. I used a sawzall and chopped off the long bolts then installed a new pair backwards to keep from bending the inner fender. I've hit some rough stuff a bit too hard, and these haven't slipped or anything yet. Easy install and work great to get alignment specs where you want them. Much cheaper than other options, and if you get in the mud at all, the sealed balljoints pay dividends over uniballs.

Picture is wrong
Picture is wrong in this item (or atleast was wrong as I am writing this) ... I received part number 25470 which can be found on the specialty products company website. Expensive? Yes! But it does allow for both caster and camber adjustments. How long will it last in Canadian winters... Don't know but hopefully if I ever need another ball joint SPC will be able to hook me up.**NOTE: You need to get some grease and they recommend 3%-5% Moly which was difficult to find. **

Canada Direct - Often Ships Same Day! not an authorized reseller of SPC
Product was purchased in 2021 for my 2020 Tacoma. After 14 months, the bushings on both control arms are defective. While the customer service from SPC has been good, they will not honour their warranty because Canada Direct - Often Ships Same Day! is not an authorized reseller of their product. Canada Direct - Often Ships Same Day! will also not share who their distributor is, preventing me from referencing that company for my warranty return. DO NOT BUY SPC FROM AMAZON.
