Leg Avenue Men's 2 Pc Priest Costume with Robe, Belt

I'm 6', 180 - I ordered the XL figuring if it needed we could adjust. The length was great, as it went down to about my ankles. The only 'fitting' problem was the sash, there's very little adjustment and with my 35" waist it was too big, we had to do a little sewing to make it hold. Boy did I get great results walking down the Las Vegas Strip on Halloween, i had at least 6 people stop me for photo ops and MANY people muttered 'bless me father....' or other religious phrases. I bought the 'Holy Hammered' fake bible, a nice garish cross from Ross for $5 and perched my reading glasses on the end of my nose. Wearing it again next year! Garment was of adequate quality, didnt tear despite getting yanked a few times. Only difficulty was access to pockets, might sew in an access port next year.

The costume is very well made and of good materials. I ordered a large, and although the costume fit him well, the belt was small. I had to add length by sewing additional cloth to it. Once done, the costume was amazing! Highly recommend.

Everyone laughed. Great costume. Looks very authentic. I bought the little plastic cross necklace available on Amazon which went perfect with it. I’m 5’9” 185 and got the M/L. It fit great, although I prefer a little more wiggle room. But that’s just my preference. Looks-wise it was perfect. Quality is fine. Nothing fantastic, but not as thin/cheap as most costumes. Overall a killer buy.

Fortunately, I am 5/11...but I am 225 (not chubby, just thick). This is a pull over robe style costume that buttons and has the Velcro collar. Very well made (not cheap feeling material) and the fit is very nice - I'm impressed and feel I got my $$ worth. The belt or sash, is cosmetic - but does have Velcro adjustment, so can help you skinny folk with fit (I'm a 34/35 waist) Does not come with pants, so if you're taller than I am, you will need something inline with the costume as it will be seen. The collar fits well, I'm a 17-1/2 and its a little loose, which I like. I'm a 46/48 athletic in coat size and it's comfortable.

This is made from surprisingly good quality cloth and identifies the wearer as a Monsignor in the Catholic Church. Medium-Large fit me well if maybe an inch too long (I'm a 5'10 ectomorph). I used it to play in the onstage pit orchestra for Nunsense, and it prompted one of the lead actors to involve me in the play. I got laughs for blessing the audience as a priest may do. The sash is a bit long around the waist and non-adjustable, but I just held it up with a safety pin. The Roman collar is loose on the anchored side: I used a safety pin to hold it firm against the black collar.

I ordered an XL, but trying it on, it was more like an XXL. Too bad, it had to go back... I liked the quality and look of the costume.

What a blast of the past, I got it for Halloween. It arrived early so I have it hanging before I iron it. Hey it's a costume not a expensive suit. I was amazed at the quality material. I wish I had bought a size smaller but then it easily be altered if it was a big deal. I need to find a cigarette holder and glasses . "Guido" used to be a codeword in the 90's for certain things. The statute has past but I always died laughing when Father G was on Saturdayand looking forward to this very well made and fun costume.

I used the robe as a component for a different costume. I wasn't expecting the fabric to be any good, but I was surprised. Most store-bought costumes feel like they're made of thin, stretchy material, but this feels a bit more substantial. It's kind of starchy, but nice and breathable. Although the size is M/L, the fit around the chest is probably going to be snug if you're on the larger side of L. I've always passed Leg Avenue products at Halloween stores, and my experience with this product has made me consider their costumes for future purchases when I'm looking for a balance between price and quality.

je ne recommande pas l'achat de ce produit, je me suis fais avoir par la taille... ce qui devait être du M au final à fini en XXL ... concernant la qualité nous sommes très loin de la photo, la matière est digne d'un déguisement low cost de carnaval.

Todo mundo me pregunta si es real...... y lo puedes convinar con lo que sea para tu disfras, lo compre amplio ya que mido 1.87mts fenomenal

Das Kostüm an sich ist nicht schlecht. Vom Material kann es auch ein 2. Und 3. Mal getragen werden. Habe das Kostüm aber wieder zurück schicken müssen da es in xl zu groß ist. 3 Sterne Abzug gibt es dafür das ich mein Geld auch nach öfteren anschreiben ohne Rückmeldung nicht wiederbekommen habe
