Not a happy bunny. I ordered this Backlit Keyboard Case for Galaxy Tab S5E for my new Tab S5e tablet. Couldn't wait to use it and was excited when it arrives. When it arrived yesterday afternoon i took out of the package and fully charged it immediately. I was easy to set up as I followered the instructions. I was enjoying it and was deciding to get another one for a family member until I was entering my email address. I used the the key with @ sign on it but instead it was an inverted commas sign. So I started to press all the keys to find it. I happen to find it by pressing shift key with the number 2 key and there it was. During all my search for the @ key I also found the # key is not on the correct key either but on the letter 3 when you press with the Shift key. Also the sqiggerly line ~ is next to the correct key either but on the key next to the number one. So now when I'm typing I have to be using different keys for each symbols, this is very difficult for me and annoying.

For the price I'm really impressed with this case. Fits perfectly. The keyboard is easy to set up and use , plenty of space to type as keys not too close together. The different colour back lights make it fun to use. My only complaint would be that the magnets holding the keyboard in place aren't very strong so can slip when trying to close it but held in place whilst typing. All keys in the correct place

Really impressed; the case is solid and the keyboard is robust. It does make the device a lot heavier and thicker but it's not so much that it makes the device feel clunky.The keyboard is obviously not as wide as a normal one which meant I ws a bit slow when using it at the start, but have quickly got used to it.A lot of features you use when working on a windows computer work on this keyboard on my Samsung. E.g. alt-tab can be pressed to switch between windows.

In general, this case works well to protect the tablet and the keyboard functions well also, but my major issue is the way of standing up the tablet. The material is too slippy to stand up properly on a smooth surface. If I take the keyboard off and fold the top cover underneath ,I might be able to add some velcro tape to both sides and make it more functional for me, but at the moment, this case only performs some of the functions it was purchased for.

Aesthetically this is a very smart product. It looks really good. The keyboard looks very cool when it lights up and in the dark you can see the keys.However it's too heavy. To mean it feels heavier than the tablet it hosts and I think that is a big negative. I think the weight of the tablet and case combined is just slightly lighter than my laptop. Which just leads me to the conclusion of what is the point?

Provides good well fitting protection for the tablet but makes the fingerprint sensor harder to use, this is mainly because the sensor is recessed slightly the side of the S5E, so a tablet design issue more than the case. Keyboard is fine and I like the fact it has optional illumination but be aware if you use this you will reduce the claimed battery life from 300 to 6 hours! I am happy to recommend this product.

This is a brill piece of equipment at the fraction of the price of a Samsung keyboard. It fits my Galaxy Tab s5e perfectly. Was so easy o set up and it's great to use. I'm well pleased. Fantastic price too.
