Bluetooth wipes out wifi do i have a faulty unit?
Initially really pleased with the phone. the battery life has been really good, 2 days with some quite hard use.I've not bothered with the fingerprint reader or face recognition at all, I'm happy with putting a code in.As i want to preserve the cover on the USB port I ordered up a QI charger, works fine and charges up over night.Using the supplied cable charger charge time is really quick no heat.Using a stock 5v 1A usb charger (from my old HTC) and the phone gets a little warm. The BIG issue is the use of Bluetooth audio BUT I don't know if I have a faulty unit so would love feed back form others.I linked to 3 different devices no issue, sound is clear and quite pleasingBUT...If I try to do anything at all using Wi-Fi while Bluetooth is connected you can't!The bluetooth radio wipes out the WiFi! so useless if you want to listen to something on any bluetooth audio device you can't stream it, you can't access the internet via wifi (fine on mobile data). The wifi signal shows full bars but no data gets through.Searching the net it seems to be a hit and miss problem for many devices (apple/android/laptops) that has existed for well over 10years . As Bluetooth and WiFi work on the same frequency band so it's a know fact that one signal can/will block the other. So really really frustrating when I want to just pop the headphones in and watch something while my kid hogs the TV.After contacting Ulefone/retailer they said to return the phone as faulty and wanted me to ship back to them direct at my cost to Hungary. Returned via amazon for refund instead. Will get another as I really like it, gutted i got a faulty one.

Good phone overall, minor technical issues detract from being great.
Originally left a review on a different listing for the same item. I have updated my review here because after my one and software update, I have started to notice my Bluetooth was even less reliable than before and sometimes my phone stops receiving calls (I had no idea until I was told by the wife my phone was off when it wasn't), but this is resolved by restarting the phone, which I feel I have to do now every few days - this is heavily effects my review scores.I bought this December 2019 for about £200 after breaking the glass on my Samsung that cost me £600.It is a heavy phone but that is what you get off you want a rugged phone with a big battery.Typing this now late evening and I still have 39% battery left even though I have used it lots today. (Edit: 70% at 10pm with normal light use). It would last more than 24 hours with light use. Due to the ports having rubber blanks to keep out water and dust, I found using a wireless charger a good investment. Similarly I bought Bluetooth headphones.Performance is good on this phone. For the negatives, the camera is nowhere near as good as the Samsung S7, particularly in low light, but is adequate for happy snaps.I have also had some niggles with Bluetooth. Every few months I need to unpair the phone from my car stereo, and re-pair to get it to work. Similar for my headphones. Sometimes a reboot is enough though. If I were a heavy Bluetooth user this would really get to me, but I'm not...Finally, my single biggest issue with the phone is that the last security update on the phone when delivered was August 2019; and I have only had one update in 13 months. Given that Android push out updates every few weeks, this is concerning. From reading online, Ulefone don't have a good reputation for frequent updates, but have pushed them out at longer intervals.Overall, for the price I think the phone is good (would be great if I wasn't having the phone call and Bluetooth issues) and almost disposable in comparison to the high end brand £1000 ones. Overall, I would not go back to the high end Samsung or Apple phones again.

Seems a good phone - but put that screen protector on straight away
Had the phone for two days so far - so too soon to review how well the phone will perform over time. It was easy to set up, and I was up and running pretty quickly. As my previous phoned had died I did this quite late at night, I took it into the work the next day (yesterday) and it was fine until this afternoon, but having just gotten round to putting the screen protector on, I was pretty disappointed to find that that there are already considerable scratches on it! it's a tough phone that has so far only had to cope with my handbag for goodness sake. My standard work phone has been pretty well abused for several months and has no scratches at all!! It seems the glass is very easy to scratch and its pretty spoilt already. Whilst I have left it (less than) two days to put the protector on nowhere does it say the glass is so delicate it must not be used at all without the protector!!The 'manual' that comes with the phone is pretty limited too. It says nothing about putting the protector on (or what the blue sticky film is for that comes with the protector- I am sure there will be many out there who know exactly what this is for but I don't!) The set up was, to be fair, really easy, and the operating of the phone fine so far. Not impressed by the finger print reader, but used to using a pin code so that's ok. It is a pretty large phone - makes it heavier but easy to see for those of us with aging eyes and I have downloaded an e-reader which I wouldn't have done with my last phone.Overall - its ok so far - just annoyed I have a badly scratched NEW phone.
