These are the best noodles, delicious, light, just like what my Austrian mother cooked when I was growing up. They bring back warm happy memories of food in my mother's kitchen. Noodles were our "potatoes" and I highly, highly recommend these. Safeway has them for 5.99 each, so this is a great bargain. I've made them with just a little butter over them, and have even added some pesto sauce. Great to be able to order a case - thank you Amazon!!

Being a pasta lover, I must say these are by far the best noodles I have ever eaten. So good, all I do is add a little butter and garlic and enjoy! The flavor is more robust if you don't overcook them. Don't know if I can go back to other noodles.

We love noodles, and these are the best we've ever found. When we couldn't find them locally anymore, we turned to Amazon, and hurray! -we still get them. They cook up perfectly, have a perfect texture, and are just all-around perfect noodles. We had some tonight for the grandkids and they're all gone!

The flavor is outstanding---you can taste the "quality". They have been very difficult to find. Whole foods used to carry them.
