Madame Alexander Anna, Frozen, 18" Collectible Doll

This is my daughter's first 18" doll. She absolutely loves her as I knew she would. She is a very pretty little doll and her hair seems nice and silky and the cloths seem nice. The velcro on the cape doesn't want to stay together but that's not a huge issue for us. We had only had the doll out of the box for a few hours and I already began to worry about the doll's head breaking or falling off. It's great that her head can move side to side, and up and down, but her head rotates all the way around, very easily I might add. All we have to do is pick her up or carry her and the dolls head will just turn around. Makes me think of the exorcist when I see it. I had thought about getting her the Elsa doll for Christmas, but now I am a little on the fence about it. I guess we will see what happens with this one in the coming months. I would have given more stars, but the freaky head worries me.UPDATE: We purchased Elsa for Christmas and her head does not turn quite so easily so we may have just gotten a defective Annal. Other than Anna's head turning so easy, the dolls are very nice.

I received Anna today and she is basically a pretty doll. Her face is sweet and lovely. I do not like her hair though. It looks pink instead of red. It feels quite strange and is very unmanageable. I can't imagine a child playing with this doll. Her hair would be a mess within a few minutes and it is very difficult to comb and re-braid.The other problem is that her outfit is staining her vinyl body. My doll has blue stains around her neck where the color of her dress has touched it and she is brand new! The dress should have been lined for a collectible doll. The dress does fit the doll well but the tights do not. They are very short-waisted and come up only to her hips.

Pretty, very well made dol, but not really suited for a young child; face too dramatic and clothing too elaborate.for little hands.

This doll is gorgeous. She looks so much better in person, her hair is more accurate to the movie and it even has the white stripe running through it!All the details on her face and outfit are perfect. My daughter loves her Anna.

Lovely 18-inch vinyl doll by Madame Alexander. I can't rate durability for a child playing with her though. I'm an adult collector whom keeps dolls boxed, in case I ever wish to resell any in the future.

My four-year-old granddaughter shrieked with joy when she saw this doll. I should've taken her out of the box...by the time I got all of the fasteners undone my little sweetie was shaking. It's a beautiful doll and the attention to detail is perfect.

This is a beautiful Anna doll. Her hair is nicely done, and she actually has tights on under her dress, which I thought was a nice touch. Her clothes and boots are well made. My daughter loves her.

I am so unhappy with this doll she is beautiful but the ones from walmart stand better than this one I still hate what money I did spend on her she isn't worth the money
