Better than custom-made orthotics
Don't waste your money on expensive custom made orthotics until you've tried these. Far more comfortable and supportive than the ones doctors want to sell you. Great for high arches (even if they've fallen) and plantar fasciitis sufferers. Except for where it's built up in the arch, the insole is thin enough to fit into every shoe I've ever used it in without the need to buy a larger size to accommodate it, unlike insoles with thicker raised heel areas. Highly recommend.

They use a thicker neo layer to hold the arch to the sole than in past years. It creates a small ridge right under your metatarsal bones. So I needed to feather that ridge.
