Perfection
I love love love this paper and practice with it every day. It has trained me to get the perfect slant to my calligraphy which is what I really needed some help with. That is a theory in calligraphy that is tough at first for beginners but this paper really guided me along. I would highly recommend this paper to a beginner and even sent out a few letters to friends and family using it! Calligraphy looked beautiful as an end result due to this paper. I have a harder time without the paper, but thats another story :) I'll get there!

Not all that great
Nice size. Does bleed through but it depends on the type of paint brush pens. Just have to experiment with different types of pens. My biggest complaint is that the paper does not allow pens to flow smoothly . Even tho it feels smooth to the touch, until you start to write do you feel the roughness. The letters show this flaw by not having a smooth, continuous line. PluIs this roughness is hard on the pens. I can already see that my brush pen is starting to fray from this. Otherwise, it's up to the user to make their own opinion.

Sturdy paper, easy to use while practicing alignment
You *could* design and print your own, but given the quality and reasonable number of sheets in this book, why bother? Spend your time on calligraphy instead!

Not great for all applications.
Nice to have lined paper, but the paper is rather porous which leads to feathering, especially with copperplate.

Love this, what a great value and help. The angled lines are so essential for a bumbling beginner like me. If you're diving into calligraphy as a hobby I highly recommend this for practice and putting down ideas or new creations

Brilliant and very helpfull!
The only detail I would want changed is I would like for the line to be 55 degrees instead of 45. Other than that it's just a great product!
