The embosser does not properly make an impression. Rectifying the matter with the supplier is complicated and time consuming requiring pictures and approval for returns. Instead of going through the hassle, I simply through the useless item in the trash. I will no longer make purchases that have do not authorize direct returns when the product is not as advertised.

It turned out to be beautiful. I love it. Although, a bit small, the receiver of my stamp get my point. It embosses beautifully as the stamp itself applies pressure evenly and accurately. I do recommend this product. THANK YOU!!

I need an embosser for 80-100 lb paper, and this isn't quite it. On 100 lb paper, it leaves a slightly discernable impression, but is not very readable. Great for lighter-weight paper. Sellers should put this limitation in their descriptions.

This is my second purchase and I love it as much- if not more than my 1st! These are incredible stamps. I loved my 1st purchase (ink stamp) and it was loved by my friend whom I gave it to as a Christmas gift. I can’t wait to give this (embossed stamp) to a dear friend for their birthday. This is such a unique and classy piece and I know it will be used for years to come. What a great product from a great company. They are fast and reliable. Will use over and over.

The plates are plastic and do not emboss well on the thinnest of paper. The old ones had metal plates and could clearly be seen on paper especially thick envelopes. It barely can even be seen on the foil labels you can emboss. Epic fail. I wish I could get my money back, but it is personalized. Don't waste your money like I did. It co.es in a nice case, instructions to put it together were ok, ut the product itself does not work well AT ALL.

I love this embosser. It works exceptionally well on round labels and thicker cotton paper! The impression is deep and legible. I’m considering this item for gifts for friends and family, because I am so pleased with it for my own use. Great product!
