ZEKOO 14FT Four Doors Double Track Bypass Sliding Barn Door Hardware Kit

The hardware is great, good quality. My problem is with their installation directions. I pointed out a serious error on installing the steel hangers on the doors, I have four doors. This error forced me to have to cut off a 1/4” from the bottom of each door. The instructions called for the first hole to be 1 5/16” down which should have been 1 9/16”. Now the doors do not drag but the anti-jump pads do not function at all. Buyer beware and use a 2x4 to mimic a door to check all dimensions.

At first it seemed intimidating as this was the first time I’ve done something like this but once I started it became easier as you go forward, definitely gives a pop to the room as I’m using this for closet doors. The door guides could be sturdier as its plastic and I opted to order metal ones. Other than that this rail system is very sturdy but I had to use a backer board because the studs weren’t located 16 inches apart which would of been difficult to use but the backer gives it another dimension of pop. Happy so far with it.

Adding to my initial review, I have installed a second set in my home, this one is 12' (4 x 36" door slabs), the first one is 9' (4 x 28" door slabs). It is a very nice product. Take your time and double check all measurements and be precise with your level to get the best installation. This is a very nice barn door track set. Well finished with no blemishes or imperfections that I found. The installation should be done by someone with experience for the best results. The instructions were lacking in a few details, but someone with good skills can figure it out and end up with a terrific finished product.

So the quality of the hardware is excellent. Smooth glide and very sturdy. The instructions could be better—pay attention to the pictures! All the measurements on my instructions were perfect so no complaints there. As another reviewer pointed out, the spacers between the wall and the first bar are not big enough. See the pic where the door hardware was hitting the mounting bolt. Frustrating as hell but we removed that washer behind the bolt and that little bit of extra room did the trick. Would prefer that the bar was all in one piece and not having a connector. That messes with alignment and the rollers make a sound on the tiny gap where the bars are connected. You need the floor guides! Swinging doors are not something I could get used to plus they banged each other without the guides. I used epoxy so I didn’t have to screw into my porcelain tile floors. Although the kit comes with stoppers that go on the ends of the bars there isn’t much cushion so the doors slam and will eventually loosen things up. Do yourself a favor and buy a “barn door soft close kit” for each end of each bar. No more slamming — game changer. TBH I think all barn door hardware should include the soft close mechanism. Super easy to install. Hope this helps!

This is the second barn door hardware kit that I purchased from Zekoo through amazon. The first was a single track system. For both purchases, I was extremely pleased with the pricing, timeliness of delivery, product quality, and installation instructions. Although the double track did not work for my application, I am pleased to report that Zekoo worked untiringly to address/resolve my concerns. If I need barn door hardware again, I will start with Zekoo. I highly recommend them.

All components were received and there were no defects! Instructions were very basic but certainly helpful however not one of the roller hardware mounting holes diagrams matched the the rollers I received (hole spacing). I always check and double check so it wasn't a problem for me. I'm still giving five stars because my wife and I are very pleased with the looks and functionality.

The product is a solid and sturdy design. Very pleased with the product and ease in putting up. The company has been very helpful in me finding the correct hardware that would fit my ceiling height and length I needed. There were a couple missing parts, but the company responded very timely to my e-mail and shipped the parts quickly.

love the bars and it worked out perfectly. The company was also amazing in communicating with me as this was our first attempt with barn door bars. I will totally order from them again. Mater of fact i have an other bar door bar that i am thinking of switching for these bars instead.

This product was delivered in a timely fashion. I was missing a part and they were excellent at sending it to me. No problem what do ever. The product is an intermediate level to install. You need 2 people however my span was 13 feet. I would recommend this.
