Remove cover and dump into cup, get more flavor !!!
Remove cover and dump entire contents into cup, don't use as k cup, you will get entire contents. Noticed when used as kcup, alot of the product was not used. Also, I use dark coffee to make it, very good !!! Highly recommend this product, but somewhat sweet, still yummy !!!

It's OK, but there's better
Not a bad product, but Swiss Miss (SM) is better if comparing the two. Problem is the contents - not enough of it. Brooklyn milk chocolate tastes slightly watered-down when compared to Swiss Miss (you can see when using a Keurig there isn't enough product in the K cup). I would buy Brooklyn again. But the product doesn't leave me wanting more (like Swiss Miss). It's like a Mercedes and BMW car. Most would prefer the Mercedes (SM), but would settle for the BMW (Brooklyn) if the Mercedes wasn't available.

Really a good variety.
I liked the Mexican but the peanut version wasn’t very good. Get the price on the Mexican style down to $30 per 100 and I would buy 100 per month.

Cinnamon cocoa
Love the deep chocolate cinnamon flavor of this kcup. Great for warming up on a cold evening
