Too bitter
I bought this to make broccoli soup but had to add lots of other ingredients to take away the bitterness. Was disappointed because I have used fresh broccoli and haven’t had that trouble.

Very expensive for what you get, but if money is no object this is very easy and healthy

Great substitute
Ordered this and broccoli rice not too sure about the taste. Easy to prepare (microwave or stove top) in minutes. Tastes pretty good. Obviously, it doesn't taste like straight rice but is very delicious. Great substitute for rice for a low carb keto diet.

It had kind of lemon taste, when I checked the ingredients I could only think that the malic acid had something to do with it.
