Highly recommend
High quality pieces, very adaptable if you use some creativity with the modular pieces. Bought this for flying pieces for Gaslands, but haven’t tried yet. Looks like it would be great for a variety of miniatures games.

I don't know what other reviewers did wrong.
Very easy to assemble. Very intuitive. No instructions required, but it does come with one.Counterweights mostly unnecessary. We use ours using the corner holes (most unstable way to use it) instead of the center holes in order to allow it to stretch over the top of some buildings that we had. We had multiple minis on top. No issues. All the posts were interchangeable and allowed for various heights. We had ours up to its full height without it leaning over.It does take a second to unscrew and re-screw to adjust the height, but it wasn't an inconvenience really. They spin easily.Everything fit back into the box without having to unscrew the 'feet' screws.Other reviewers had many different experiences, I'm guessing Quality Control is not the company's strong suit. Mine came out great though, so I'm happy with it.

Very customizable for a decent price
Overview: 4/5If you are in the market for a flight stand, this is a very good choice, especially for the price. It has its pros and cons compared to other flight stands, but is overall affordable and customizable. As some reviewers have commented, this product is similar to the Combat Tier flight stand sold by Paizo. Though, this product is much more affordable and distinct enough that it is still worth the buy.Price: 5/5 For about $26, this flight stand comes with a 5"x5" base and four 4"x4" raised platforms. It also comes with pegs that screw into each other to create the center pole for the raised platforms to attach to, up to 17" tall in 1" increments. It also comes with a very compact and convenient plastic carrying case, as well as a microfiber cloth for cleaning. The most similar flight stand to this is the Combat Tier flight stand sold by Paizo, which costs nearly $40. Although it is a good product in its own right, this product can't be beat in terms of price at only $25 for such a similar product. There are other cheaper flight stands, that can go as low as $15. However, these cheaper stands have a static height and are not adjustable, making them essentially different products entirely. For the price, this product is the best.Customizability: 5/5 This flight stand is absolutely the most customizable one that I've seen. There are enough pieces to lift the stand in 1 inch increments from 1 inch tall to 17 inches tall. While this isn't as tall as some other flight stand, the fact that you can rise the stand up by 1 inch at a time is very convenient. By comparison, the Combat Tier flight stand by Paizo is much more limited in its use; while it can go slightly higher at 20", it goes in increments of 2" instead of 1", making it significantly more limited in its use. Additionally, the platforms themselves can be moved around in various ways. Each platform has holes on either corner and the center, allowing you to adjust where the raised platform sits in relation to the center pole. While I'm not sure this is by design, the platforms also have the ability to swivel around the center pole, depending on how tight you screw the pegs. This can by useful when you want to move the platform around horizontally without having to disassemble and reassemble the stand. The one drawback for customizability is that it is only designed to be a single flight stand, meaning if you want to have multiple flight stands, you would have to purchase a second one. While you could finesse the pieces to create a makeshift second stand, it's not particularly designed for that and could result in the secondary stand tipping over; I would not recommend doing this. By comparison, the Combat Tiers stand by Paizo specifically comes with a secondary base, allowing you to split the pieces between two flight stands. However, overall, this is the only flight stand that allows for this level of customizability.Durability/Sturdiness: 2/5 Perhaps because of its customizability, the flight stand is a bit wobbly depending on how tall you make it, how many platforms you are using, and where you are placing the platforms. The stand comes with counterweights that screw into the base; however, these counterweights are essentially just small nuts and bolts, providing little stability. Especially when taking this flight stand to its max height of 17", I have gotten into the habit of putting a heavy object on the base to make sure it doesn't tip over. The Combat Tier stand by Paizo is much sturdier; I rarely have issues with it at tall heights.Convenience: 2/5 Likewise to the previous point, the customizability of this stand makes it rather cumbersome to set up, due to the platforms needing to be screwed into place. When using it for a TTRPG game like Dungeons and Dragons, it can drag the game to a halt to take the time and set up the flight stand at the proper level. To that end, when you need to readjust the height of the stand mid-game, it also is time consuming. The Combat Tier stand by Paizo is much quicker and easier to use, with the pieces simply sitting in place, much like Lego bricks. The only reason this category isn't getting a 1/5 is because it is able to be stored extremely compactly and conveniently in a nice little carrying case that comes with the stand. As someone with lots of TTRPG accessories, storage is a big selling point. So I am willing to give this a 2/5 for convenience.

Great product!
Fantastic product. Revolutionizes and cuts down on the process of setting up aerial combat in d&d etc. Sturdy, elegant. Arrived promptly, works exactly as advertised. Will buy from seller again.

Very cool table top gaming gadget! Well worth the price. A bit fragile though.
Very cool product. The swiveling platforms and separate hights between them will give aerial combat a far greater visual/tactile feel. It is a wee bit fragile though, the bottom platform cracked after I put it together for the first time. Still seems to work though so I will be using it in our next appropriate combat for sure!

Missing parts, unusable
After submitting an issue he seller I did not hear back from them for weeks. I went to the hardware store and found castle nuts and tiny bolts and made it work. After a couple of months the parts showed up from the seller. The parts they sent were pretty much exactly what I went and bought. This looks like an amazing product but currently is unusable as they did not include the base plugs or screws. The riser poles have nothing to screw into on the bottom plate without these so product is not able to be assembled.

Be careful, breaks easy and connections loosen often
Nice colors, easy to put together, but due to leverage of a single hold point at one corner the platforms break easy. Also, from day 1 the platform did not stay in pace because the screws would not stay tight.

So fun!
My only complaint is that the center holes and the corner holes cause the grid to not line up from one level to the next, so going straight up is more like a 2 1/2 foot step off from the battle grid below at times. Other wise it stores nicely, stands straight, and solves a lot of in flight confusion.

Parfait!
Les plarforme son solide et se tiennent très bien lorsqu'elle sont assemblés. Je trouve ces plateformes idéales pour représenté les positions des monstres ou npc volant lors d'un combat. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat.

A mission to assemble but sturdy
Does the trick for larger minis but it’s a pain to put together. Definitely do it before combat.

Expensive and arrived cracked
All combat risers for TTRPGs seem to be weirdly overpriced for what they are so i got this one as it seemed the most versatile at the price point. Unfortunately it arrived in a broken box and the acrylic pieces are all scratched. The metal pieces also have grease on them which i assume is to stop rusting but it makes it yucky to handle and take apart. A shame for the price i paid
