Awesome wrist weight
Awesome wrist weight, you can really feel the difference it makes. I do the wrist rotating as well as the wrist curls and they make a huge difference just in a few minutes as to how my wrist feels. Would def recommend getting. I just wish they had heavier wrist weights so you can move up once you've outgrown the first one.

Not a pair, but built well!
The positives: I really like the IronMind Wrist Defender. It is well designed and I believe it will serve me well for what I want. The negative: Most wrist weights come in pairs. This is pretty expensive to make a pair and I didn't know that prior to ordering. My fault for making the assumption, but no where can you find this information that I believe to be pertinent.

Wirst loop is small
This thing is hard to get on and off. The company sent me a replacement that was a tiny bit wider but it's still too small. It's caused me to not wanna bother using them since it's such a pain to get it on and off. I will be sending back both the original one and the replacement if they will accept it. It's been a while and I was supposed to return the original a while ago already. So I'd just avoid buying these. Just grab a 2.5lb weight and use that

all there is to it, is simply grip firmly while revolving fist in either direction to promote healing and recovery.
