My little boy was scared of falling in the toilet without his "potty style" seat so we were struggling to get him to visit the toilet on his own. The problem that we were having was that with those types of seat the front is quite high and he was always having to rely on a grown up to lift him on and off the toilet. Since getting this seat his confidence has grown and he now just gets up, says "I'm going for a poo poo" and disappears to the toilet. He loves it. We were so impressed at the instant change in our little one that we bought a second one to keep in the car for visits to other peoples houses or take on holiday/days out.As for the product itself, it looked quite flimsy when we first opened it and I had some reservations about it's liefespan. However, these fears have been totally unfounded as it is very sturdy and doesn't slip at all when fitted (which my little boy can easily do on his own). I am highly impressed by this product and fully recommend it.

I bought this for my grand-daughter's visits thinking a folding seat would be easier to store but worried it would be a bit wobbly. It is very sturdy and folds up quite small. Folded it measures 14cms by 18cms and 5cms deep. It comes in its own waterproof bag. Its very light and so sturdy I would mind putting in a suitcase to take on holiday. I thought the joins might be a problem and catch little legs but its fine. When open the joins are hardly visible. The cup pieces that joins it is designed for boys but I left it off because I thought it would make it harder for her to get on the toilet herself and it didn't seem to make much difference to the use of the seat. My daughter was so impressed she wished she had bought one instead of the large seat she has. It lives in its little bag on a hook in the bathroom so easy to grab when needed. The face on it is a big hit with my grand-daughter and anything that makes potty training a bit more fun is worth it.

If you have a toddler who is nervous or refuses to sit on a standard toilet without a toilet seat and you don’t fancy carting a potty to every family trip out then this is the product for you!Seems very strange to get excited over a toilet seat but my little one was petrified to be held over a toilet when out and about in public. So much so they’d avoid being taken and the inevitable accident would happen 2 mins into the car journey home.This little seat folds up to roughly the size of an A5 book and comes with its own bag. We just simply popped it into our changing bag and whipped it out when needed. Ideal for visiting friends and family who may not have a potty seat, restaurants, theme parks you name it. It has helped our little one get over their initial fear of being dropped into the toilet.One of the best parent hacks around!

Mixed review on this product. My daughter loves it when we are out of the house so that's a definite plus. However, the little attachable shield bit, which is meant to stop the wee shooting forwards doesn't work because it doesn't sit flush with the big toilet seat and the wee goes underneath and all over trousers, pants, the floor, anything that's underneath. You have to make sure girls are leaving forwards otherwise you will be changing clothes in public toilets, just like the old days. It has catches underneath that flip down to stop the seat moving around but they easily flip back up if the child is wriggling around. It's also not that compact, so I wouldn't carry it in my handbag so I'm still having to carry another bag around.In summary: it's good for getting small children to use toilets out of the house but there are probably better designed versions around.

Ordered this as a portable, just-in-case option to fit in her (no longer) nappy bag for when we are out with our little one: shopping, travelling, eating out, etc... A very sturdy and strong design, easy to use and even comes with a removable cap/cup for use with little boys. The carry sack it arrives in is washable, but I’ve ended up putting the potty into the rubberised plastic zip lock bag that held both the potty and the carry sack, because that is far easier to clean and is waterproof, in the case of a spill/mess. This is something you need to help your little one with though, they won’t be able to use it by themselves until they are able to sit on the toilet without needing assistance or support.Extremely happy with the purchase.

Amazing! We don't have much space in our toilet to store bulky seats, this one is fantastic, and so hady to take with us everywhere we go. My son loves it to! We had a family toilet seat which he didn't want to use and on top of it, it broke... As soon as we got this, he completley forgot about his potty. Ohh and its very durable we had this for almost 6 months now and it's still like new. Win! Win! Win! Highly recommended

I was dubious ordering this but so glad I did. It Came with a bag for easy carry and is folded down no problems the front has a little bit that clicks in that can be taken out no problem.Is sturdy enough that it fit over the toilet fine and didn't move when sat on, this was a godsend when we went away and have actually got rid of the one we used in the house and now use thisWould definitely recommend

Very cute design but does appear to slide on our toilet so good for occasionally using out & about but not all the time
