Banner is OK but every balloon popped when blowing up absolutely rubbish

Banner is great, my partner loved it. Unfortunately 2 balloons popped on 2 puffs into the balloon. The balloons are disappointing

Balloons all burst when tried to inflate them
Every single balloon either burst when we tried to inflate them or had small holes in them by the writing it was as if they had been put on with a heat press and had melted the balloon

1 out of the 10 balloons could be blown up & even then it was not the right balloon it had no writing on it. All the other either had a hole in so could not be blown up or would pop with one puff of air. Banner was perfect though

Banner ok but balloons underwhelming
Banner is okay, but the balloons were rather pathetic. They are really small & 2 burst trying to inflate them.
