This may look fragile and some reviews have said as much concerning the wires. This is my second set. I still have the first one after five years and going strong. Just bought a second set for a friend and she's very happy with it. Caution: the second set came with an over the head band with one ear pad and I had ordered it with two. I returned it and got the correct one promptly, no questions asked. Advice: Most headphones/mics are not rugged unless you get a gaming one. This is not for gaming. It is light and comfortable after wearing it for many hours, but you have to treat it and the wires with care. No yanking or mishandling and it will last you a long time. Great value for the money.

I ordered these headphones because my other ones the mic volume was very low. I ordered this headset one day and they were sitting at my door in 2 days. The headphones fit great, I really like how the ear muffs swivel for better fit. The only thing I don't like about them is that there is no volume control/mute switch. I DJ online and if I get a phone call, I've got to remove the headset so my phone conversation will not be heard online. I guess I didn't read the description close enough. Other than that the headphones are worth every penny hands down. My voice can be heard over the music while I spin tunes online.

I use it for Webex webinars. Works well with the Andrea external sound card.

Doesn’t have a mute button

Use exclusively for dictation on my digital voice recorder or (via adapter cable) to my Android phone. Sound quality is usually so good that Dragon Professional 15 for PC transcribes almost flawless text.

Good quality headphone & mic. The cord is very long. Not sure if that is a plus or a minus. :)

I had not red the description closely so I needed an adapter for my laptop. After getting the laptop the mic and speakers worked very well. I needed them for a language learning program.
