Perfect for day at sporting event or in the garden. Perfect size for adults and just about able to be borrowed by 5 year old as lots of adjustment room due to velcro adjuster at the back. Comfortable material for all day and no forhead marking. Depth of head part fine for adjusting around different hair styles without sticking out so can be used at different angles depending on wearer. Purchased a much more expensive visor also and ended up wearing this as it was so comfortable.

Great value for money. It is so well made and my only criticism is that it is just a bit too big.....I can only just reduce it enough without hiding all of the Velcro, but I liked it so much I have bought another in a different colour. Unless you have an exceptionally small head, I would certainly recommend it.

Item arrived very quickly indeed so full marks to both retailer and postal bods. Money asked appears to be fair enough so no quibbles there...and anyway the "value" of the item is way above the price.Don't do sports, lol, but this visor is THE most excellent piece of kit for being able to read a computer screen against any intrusive ambient light (in my case a window). Yes I could move but I like sitting near the window.Looked, firstly, at the transparent green "bankers/croupiers" type visors but felt there would/could/might be some "remaining" flare coming through. Then had an attack of lateral thinking and decided to try the above.Genius on my part! No seriously, really, it was genius.Top Tip to retailer...try marketing the item in the Computer Section as an aid to improving overall viewing of screens...and bang on about improving perceived contrast or something vaguely scientific like that...not everyone can play sport or is remotely interested in it either so this way you can sell your wares to even those couch potatoes we read of.

I bought this for my Mum who has problems with very sunny days.Sun glasses are not suitable for her condition as they block out too much light so this visor is a good alternative.However,as she has a small head,she has it fastened to the smallest size option which leaves too much overlap at the back so there should be more velcro.The visor is a good product for the price but sadly for her could be a better fit.

I bought it for the office. I am privileged to have a window seat at work, but the sun is problematic early in the morning on those few bright sunny days that we get in the UK. The product arrived through the post on a Friday, I took it to work on the Monday, and that Monday was just such a bright day. Adjust the velcro at the back to get the right fit, and the visor fits neatly, works great.

I work in an office where the lighting irritates my eyes so decided to try one of these visors to help lesten the problem. The item arrived promptly and does seem to help because it means I can't see the light strips in my line of sight any more. Ultimately the lights need replacing, but that's nothing to to with the quality of this product, I just thought some background might be useful.The visor is well made, nice soft cotton with a good, sturdy peak and a velcro strap for adjustment. Once it's been on my head a while I hardly feel it's there. If I was using it for sports I'd just strap it on tighter.What more can I say? I wanted to buy it from my local sports shop, but was told they're not in season yet and there was no offer to order one in. No wonder the high street is struggling...

I bought this because I needed to keep the sun out of my eyes (my desk faces the window, which is nice but can strain your eyes). I'm happy to report it keeps the light down entirely in keeping with the central concept of the "Sun Visor".I haven't tried it as a projectile, or potential flat-tyre "get you home repair", and I suspect I won't as it's too useful to protect my eyes from the burning ball of flame in the sky.

Sometimes it's difficult to say what size fits one's needs.With this one the size can be adjusted easily via the Velcro strip, quite pleased.However, the uncovered part of one's head does not get protected from strong summer sun.So maybe consider glare vs intense heat.
