Good quality and lightweight.

i did not get the one in the picture, why is that ok? returning, disappointedupdate, i decided to keep this, have used it perhaps 10 times or less, one of the "belt loops" detached from the cheek piece :(

Comes as a light color, so when I brush it heavily with olive oil it darkens some....good sturdy leather...wish the neck strap was a little longer

While the shipping was fast and seamless, the very first use of the headstall, the leather-latch snapped. I was slipping the extra leather through with barely and resistance and it just snapped. Very pretty and exactly how the picture implies but I was disappointed in its first use.

The leather is supple, but feels strong. Color is true to the picture, and very pretty. I love that the ear piece is rolled to prevent chafing.

I love this piece. I was skeptical buying tack online but this was so perfect and fit exactly as expected. It works perfectly with my set up

Nice basic headstall. The price reflects the overall quality. Its not flimsy, and I can't see it wearing down too quickly. But definitely doesn't have as much of high quality feel as more expensive ones.
