Good product but too expensive for temporary use
Good product overall bit heavier than expected. It’s not useful after a certain time so it was not a useful buy for me. I got it for post op care but too expensive for me. So i had to return but good product for someone who needs it daily. Finish was good and looked durable.

Might have received a used product at first.
Got the replacement in one day. Very happy with the new product. But there are some concerns The product (walker) I received 1st time had bad packaging and was missing 2 leg attachments. Which I thought might have fallen out during delivery* Then the new product had much better packaging and here all 4 leg pieces were in a plastic pouch securely taped to the walker. Which makes me think the 1st product might not have been new probably returned by someone else as well. The new replacement product was easy to assemble and looks sturdy and good. No issues with usability.
