I needed this stretching strap for physical therapy. I ordered it from Amazon Prime and I had it the next day so I could immediately begin my home exercises. The strap in perfect for my needs. Well made, good grips, strong. I would recommend it to others who need such a strap. The size is good for anyone.

These are terrific, the first stretching straps I have used that allow a clear choice of progressive stretches, rather than just trying to figure out how to progress from easy to more difficult stretches. It's well constructed and a good value for the cost. It's durable and will last a long time. I far prefer these over elastic stretch bands I have used in the past.

Great for my home exercises after knee replacement surgery. Works well and it’s just as described! I like the red color too it is nice and bright.

Very sturdy and easy to use

This band has helped me tremendously during my recovery from knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist recommended it to me and it was reasonably priced. It helped with both stretching and strengthening my leg muscles. It's easy to use and comes with a storage bag. I'll continue to use it after my recovery to keep my muscles flexible and strong. It is durable and I used it confident that it would not tear. The foot loops held my feet securely in place. I highly recommend this product.

I bought these not to exercise with them but to have them with me constantly when I use my Walker or wheelchair. I am handicapped and cannot get up if I fall.
