Manual Reverse Helps Docking, but Kit Installation is Long & Extensive
This manual reverse kit is exactly what I expected and installed as intended/expected on my 2015 Spark 2-UP HO. The installation is quite involved and extensive, and took me at least 8 hours total, probably a bit more.Once installed, the lever does require some force to operate, especially if the machine is out of the water. It performs its job, giving moderate reverse capability to the Spark.The only downside of this manual reverse is that it did slightly affect my Spark's top speed. Again, it's a 2-UP HO (aka 90HP) model, and I'm ~185lbs & 6'-2"; before installing manual reverse, I could hit 50-51 MPH indicated on the speedometer (which isn't considered to be 100% accurate), but after installing manual reverse the fastest I can get to is 48-49MPH indicated. No big deal to me, the Spark isn't a speed demon anyway.

This requires access to videos and instructions online
All the pieces were there. It takes some time. Did my myself, but an extra hand would be nice. Need 20mm drill bit and 9/32 drill bit and some special tools and sockets. If you are not afraid to tackle things, it works in the end. It arrived on time and undamaged. I ordered two kits. Did a 2up and 3up.

This product was a great purchase. As this is our first owned jetski, we quickly realized how important it is to have the ability to reverse when needed. We had a close call with a boat backing up and almost hitting my daughter on the jetski (when we didn't have the reverse). As she couldn't back up, she almost became one with the boat. Anyway, we had the part professionally installed as it seemed to be a bigger task than I could manage. They did a great job installing it and it works great. Other reviews stated it is hard to pull. I don't feel it is too bad. Again, a great purchase and definitely required in my opinion.

Missing a lot of parts
Lot of parts missing including lever you pull to put it in reverse.. even the install manual was missing. Bag of bolts was open and scattered throughout the box. Order was returned.. still need a reverse kit through.. :(

Reverse control
The revise was hard to use so I put a lighter spring on the gate and lubed all the mechanics with dry silicone lube “ what a difference “

Found a you tube video for installation took me about 4 hours to do total. Works incredibly well.

Difficult to install. But doable. Took some time to drill out holes under console.
Kit was perfect. Seemed like it might have been missing screws. But in the end they were all there.
